This is a responsive document to a June 9, 2017 FOIA request to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The request discussed how the Donald J. Trump Foundation has been the subject of an investigation by The New York Attorney General’s Office and that filings with the IRS show that the Foundation has admitted to violating a ban on self-dealing.

The request sought all records constituting, mentioning, or referring to the Donald J. Trump Foundation. The request sought disclosure of entire files in which the Donald J. Trump Foundation appeared in any capacity.
